FREE Women’s Self Defense Classes
Saturday March 3rd
King 5 has contacted Z-Ultimate Northwest to encourage women in the Seattle area to take a self defense class. On February 26th, they will broadcast a class hosted by Kelly Herron, who was viciously attacked last year in Seattle, and credits taking a self defense class with her survival. Z-Ultimate will support this cause by offering a FREE women’s self defense class at each of our locations the following Saturday, March 3rd.
